Wilby Whut

Wilby Whut is a Munchkin woodcutter who recognizes and welcomes the Cowardly Lion.

First named in The Cowardly Lion of Oz, ch. 9

Before the Cowardly Lion could answer, a dozen more woodcutters came running toward them and when he had been introduced by Wilby Whut to each woodcutter in turn, and to the wives and children of each woodcutter, he had neither the breath nor the inclination to devour anybody.
