The magic word of transformation, which works only when spoken exactly right, stolen by Kiki Aru from his father Bini Aru.

First named in The Magic of Oz, ch. 1

By its means, it was the simplest thing in the world to transform anyone into beast, bird or fish, or anything else, and back again, once you know how to pronounce the mystical word: "Pyrzqxgl."
